To increase parking lot security, reduce expenses, and trim carbon footprint, the existing exterior lighting was replaced with LED fixtures.
The fixtures include technology that automatically turn the LED fixtures on at dusk and turn them off at dawn, allowing for removal of a time clock that required periodic adjustments to properly set lighting schedule.
Presidential Park
Presidential Park had failing exterior lighting which created safety concerns for the condominium association. In addition, common areas (building hallways) were illuminated 100% of the time. Installed exterior LED fixtures to significantly increase exterior light levels and interior LED smart fixtures were commissioned to decrease light levels to 10% during periods of inactivity. When the fixture sensors detect activity, the light levels increase to 100%.

The exterior lighting fixtures at 980 Paradise LLC were approaching the end of useful life. As a result, the maintenance costs were increasing due to continually repair orders and the light levels were not optimal for the parking lot and drive through.
By replacing fixtures with LED the owner was able to significantly increase exterior light levels and reduce electricity use by over 50%.
